I just installed my headliner in my 1968 Shelby GT500KR. Based 100% following your guidance, the results were better than I expected. This gets in you head and can psych a guy out. The actual job turned out well using methodical approach. I did dry run first. That eased the anxiety level. The only thing that added to challenge is dealing with roll bar. I wanted to say your tutorial made it possible to achieve great results. Thanks

How soon is your next video? It's been a month.

So, what should we use when we can't find the glue you use. Another site said to used DAP Weldwood Contact Adhesive Landau Top & Trim HHR Solvent type Spray Grade but I only see it in gallon cans....$100.00. I'll be doing the headliner in my 1972 442 soon and need to find something good. I always use DAP Weldwood Contact Cement The Original around the house. Is that good enough? By the way, I look forward to every video you put out. You do amazing work and your videos are great!

When I see work like this I am certain that the total labor cost at the end of the restoration is well worth whatever you're charging the customer. However... Unfortunately... It should be well understood that the majority of shops, who are not bringing this level of quality and attention to detail, who are potentially charging anywhere near equivalent labor costs, are absolutely robbing people and should be called out for doing so.

Back in the day I got a lot of Mustang parts from California Mustang don’t know if they still exist

61 now , when in high school I restored three Mustangs, one for me one for my sister and one for my youngest brother, mine was a 67 coupe same color green if I remember right it’s called dark Moss green , I ended up selling mine to help pay for college , sold it to my uncle. He offered it back about 15 years ago. I wanted to buy it for my daughter, but my wife Said no shoulder straps no airbags no way and at the time I didn’t have a place to keep it inside so my uncle traded it in on a new Ford escape and they displayed it for a long time on the showroom, don’t know what became of it. I wish I would’ve bought it so I’ll watch you put this one together.

You're the Mustang rebuild king so I'm going to ask you this question, where can I find the small rear quarter end cap piece that's welded to the rear light panel, rear quarter panel and truck opening? I have a 1969 coupe and can only find it for the fastback. Thanks for your help.

I've been using a spot welder for many years. Yes they cost a little money. They will spoil you what I like when putting the panels together you can have the paint between the panels plus the sealer and it welded just like the factory

Pitty you don't give measurements of the front clip. I am doing a full front rebuilt with all new parts from dynacorn on a 67 fastback after its been totaled.

I've seen this many times before. Gloss black on the rear wing spoiler is incorrect.
